Astrology and why Christians should say no to it

Astrology is everywhere today, whether it’s on social media, the news, even emails we are sent, most people identify with their “sign” and at the very least are in some agreement with that sign! I was into astrology most of my life and when in witchcraft I delved even deeper into it and looked into sun & moon signs, and Lilith is a dark moon sign and I inadvertently summoned a Lilith night monster demon that only The Lord Jesus Christ could help free me from, and I have spent the last 2 years receiving deliverance & healing from the occult, and other witchcraft and astrology demons etc, as well as others, but that topic is for another day!! When The Holy Spirit began to show me the actual truth behind it all, I was shocked and saddened by how many people are in demonic chains because of astrology, and how many innocently are harming themselves and cursing not only themselves but their families. It is all in scripture too, but most of us don’t know, or have been told it’s ok because so much has changed, however God is the same yesterday, today, and forever and His laws and commands are to protect us from evil! Zodiac in Greek is “zodiakos kyklos “ which is “cycle or circle of little animals “ and in Hebrew “galgal ha’mazalot” is wheel of the zodiac. “Mazal” is “ constellation or fate.” Job 38:31-33 reads “ Can you buy the chains of the pleides or loose the cords of Orion? Can you lead forth the Mazzaroth in their season or can you guide the bear with its children? Do you know the ordinances of the heavens, or fix their rule over the Earth?” Mazzaroth means constellations from the root “mazal”. Following astrology breaks the first commandment “ you shall have no other gods before me”. In Isaiah 47:13-15 “ All the counsel you have received has only worn you out! Let your astrologers come forward those stargazers who make predictions month by month. Let them save you from what is coming upon you surely they are like stubble the fire will burn them up they cannot even save themselves in the power of the flame. These are not coals for warmth. This is not a fire to sit by. That is all they are to you these you have dealt with, and labored with since childhood all of them go on in their error there is not one that can save.” And again in Deuteronomy 4:19 “ and beware lest you raise your eyes to heaven, and when you see the sun and the moon and the stars, all the host of heaven, you be drawn away and bow down to them and serve them, things that the Lord your God has a lot to all the peoples under the whole heaven”. There are many more examples, but you get the idea that He is VERY clear we follow Him and Him alone. In addition, let’s face it, our birth astrological signs are actually faults, and it’s true we are assigned Holy angels to guard us at birth, and God has a plan and destiny for us, and so does the devil assign us evil fallen beings, and try to throw off our destiny so we never reach it. Why would we follow stars, fallen angels and evil beings! These are things pagans do, but Christians should never entertain evil, we are, as instructed in scripture, to have no fellowship with darkness. Horoscopes also tell us what to engage in over the next week or month, etc. whether it be something at work or something with our finances, and while there is some truth to following these fallen divine beings, because they do have powers, you are allowing an evil spirit to run your life and every time you come into agreement with what a horoscope says you are in a contract with an evil spirit, and you are saying that you believe what the devil says about your life. Why would any Christian want to do that? We have the god of all creation who loves us as His own children, and we can pray to him and ask him to guide our steps give us revelation and wisdom, and for His perfect will to be done in our lives, and to heal us and protect us, and help our finances and so on. It doesn’t make any sense to go with some fallen beings, thoughts and predictions about you when we have all mighty God to help run our lives, and guide us. Most Christians do not understand the true authority that they walk in and that they have the Holy Spirit inside of them and God running things for us when we allow Him to, we are part of a royal priesthood, bought into a royal family at an extremely high price with the blood of Jesus Christ, and should act and conduct ourselves as such, and have no fellowship with the darkness, that we once walked in to walk in a true knowledge and light and power that has been given to us as believers of Jesus Christ and Nazareth. Don’t sell yourself short, following your zodiac sign and what astrology say about you, follow with your father, who created you says about you, for in Jeremiah 29:11 He says “For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. '” He has only the best for you!! I urge and encourage you today to renounce and repent of your astrological sign and ask God to bless your life and guide you in every area. How blessed are we to have that privilege? Thank you Jesus
